The night is cold as the chill sets in
Winter is coming and I feel it within
Softy the snow drifts to the ground
Saying good bye as the trees turn brown
Leaves have all gone and blanket the grass
Trees stand errect and greive for the last
Soon the ground will be covered in white
The moon will be seen as a glow in the night
The wind whips through with the feel of ice
No one I know will think this is nice
Winter is coming and brings a new day
Freezing the ground, what else can I say
Embrace it is all that there is to do
Enjoy as a gift that is passed on to you
